General Information<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The My Po!nt Larp Festival (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cFestival\u201d) takes place in Krak\u00f3w on 22\u201324 May 2026.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Festival is organized by the Europe4Youth Association, with volunteers and partners acting as co-organizers.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Festival takes place at the Podg\u00f3rze Culture Centre, Sokolska 11, Krak\u00f3w.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">trum Kultury Podg\u00f3rza, Sokolska 11, Krak\u00f3w.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Festival is bilingual. Events are held in Polish and English.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Festival is co-funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe programme.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>\u00a72. Participation<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation in the Festival is possible in the following roles:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">volunteer co-organizers, including volunteers within the European Solidarity Corps programme;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ad-hoc volunteers;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">artists \/ speakers \/ exhibitors;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">participants.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The nature of involvement in each role is defined in the relevant application forms.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to participate in the Festival, participants should submit the appropriate application form<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or register at the check-in point during the Festival.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The minimum age for participation is 18. The Organizer reserves the right to verify identity and age by checking an identity document.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation in the Festival is free of charge. The Festival is a non-profit event co-funded from public funds.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>\u00a73. Catering and Accommodation<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volunteer co-organizers and people contributing to the programme are provided by the Organizer with accommodation (if needed) and meals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Organizer does not provide accommodation or meals for Festival participants, nor, as a rule, for ad-hoc volunteers.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>\u00a74. Programme<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Festival programme consists of lectures, workshops, and larps, as well as events at NGO stands and in creative spaces.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lectures may last 20, 40, or 60 minutes; workshops 1 or 2 hours; and larps 3, 4, 5, or 6 hours. NGO stands and creative spaces are continuous events.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The number of places for some parts of the program is limited and requires prior registration. Registration for individual events will begin after the final version of the program has been published. Participants may choose the program items in which they wish to take part. In the event of an excessive number of participants, the Organizer reserves the right to allocate places in accordance with the principles of equality and fairness.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the festival there are no fees for participating in any part of the program.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>\u00a75. Community<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Festival has a Discord server:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/discord.gg\/UdB4aJeyeQ\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/discord.gg\/UdB4aJeyeQ<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">which is used for communication and integration of people participating in various roles.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Festival does not have separate social media accounts. Updates and coverage can be found on the Europe4Youth Association\u2019s channels (Facebook, Instagram) and on the Facebook event page: https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/85213193108299. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/852131931082994\/?acontext=%7B%22event_action_history%22%3A%5b%7B%22mechanism%22%3A%22attachment%22%2C%22surface%22%3A%22newsfeed%22%7D%5d%2C%22ref_notif_type%22%3Anull%7D\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/852131931082994<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Festival is family-friendly: a children\u2019s room is available at the Podg\u00f3rze Culture Centre. Children may stay there under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians. Parents are encouraged to participate in larps and to share childcare responsibilities. The Organizers are not responsible for children.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>\u00a76. Festival Profile<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The My Po!nt Festival is a space for expression and civic engagement for all people, with particular attention to LGBTQIA+ individuals.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The tools for expressing needs, opinions, concerns, and expectations will include larps (Live Action Role Playing) and an open artistic space.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By registering, all participants declare acceptance of the values underpinning the Festival. In the event of violations of these values, the Organizers reserve the right to take proportionate action.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Various social research activities will be conducted during the Festival (more information is available on the project website: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.larpocracy.eu\/about\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.larpocracy.eu\/about<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Participation is entirely voluntary, and each participant will be asked to provide consent.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>\u00a77. Prohibitions and Restrictions<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes, consumption of alcohol and being under its influence are prohibited on the Festival premises. The use of drugs and being under their influence are also prohibited. Bringing or possessing weapons or other dangerous items is strictly forbidden. Any acts of violence, discrimination, or violations of the Festival\u2019s values will result in a proportionate response by the Organizers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Organizer reserves the right to remove from the Festival premises any person who violates the provisions of these Regulations, including the prohibitions and restrictions set out in this section.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All festival participants are required to comply with the regulations of the Centrum Kultury Podg\u00f3rza: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ckpodgorza.pl\/plik-do-pobrania\/2306\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.ckpodgorza.pl\/plik-do-pobrania\/2306<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- the venue of the event.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No sales are carried out during the festival.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a78. Final Provisions<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Matters not regulated by these Regulations shall be governed by Polish law.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation in the My Po!nt Festival constitutes full acceptance of these Regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><strong>GDPR Clause<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), we hereby inform you that the controller of personal data is the Europe4Youth<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and LarpVenture.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of publishing photographs in accordance with the consent you have given. The processing of your personal data is based on your consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your data may be shared with data processors acting on our behalf, such as hosting service providers, social media platforms, etc. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
