Our Team

Alice / Buka (she/her)

Larper for twelve years, organizer for five. She creates games, conventions, and festivals, both Polish and international. She loves fantastical worlds, comics, and jigsaw puzzles. In larps, she enjoys complex relationships and vibrant worlds. In her daily life, she works in tourism.

Barbara (she/her)

In reality, a person from Europe4Youth working in youth policies and youth work; in larps, a misleader spreading deceit as well as unwanted wisdom.

Cathy Li (she/her)

A practitioner-researcher, designer, and facilitator of social and sustainable good. A lifelong player and enthusiast of building playgrounds where participatory regeneration and collective intelligence take root. She works closely with organizations and local communities worldwide, as well as with fellow life forms such as apes and fungi. Founder of Knot to Play, one of her initiatives focused on nurturing futures literacy through transformative play.

Krassus (he/him)

My name is Jakub, but most people call me Krassus. I’ve been larping since the last century, and I get as much satisfaction from playing as from organizing. Day to day, I manage LarpVenture and work a second job in consumer finance. At MyPoint!, I am responsible for organizing the physical and logistical side of the event.

Mısza Marke (they/them)

Larps since 2017 (with a couple of breaks). Currently focused on introducing edu-larps into cultural institutions. As an educator at the Wawel Royal Castle, I combine a passion for heritage with alternative forms of education, such as games. I love visiting museums, cats, and gaming.

Meg (she/her)

She discovered larp as an adult and was captivated by its potential to create experiences and relationships. While looking for her place, she realized that working behind the scenes is what she finds most fulfilling.

Olga (she/her)

Artist, bodypainter, and SFX creator. I blend analytical thinking with artistic expression to bring imagination to life. I explore art in every form, making fantasies come alive.

Piotrek (he/him)

Co-founder of Europe4Youth, international project coordinator, educational game designer, and LARP festival researcher in the Larpocracy project.

Roni

Hi, I'm Roni and I'm excited to volunteer at MyPoint. I'm on the younger side (25) but I've been playing and designing LARPs for 10+ years, both chamber and full-weekend ones. I'm from the original team creating Krak-ON (another larp festival) and also take part in some larping conferences. I have some theater background. I love intriguing larp designs and complex characters. I'm always looking for diverse roles but I have a really soft spot for playing middle aged, divorced and depressed dudes.

Słowik (he/him)

Larps are his lifelong passion – he plays, creates, teaches, researches, and promotes them. He knows they can be a safe space for self-discovery. Collaborating on MyPoint! allows him to design a space where everyone feels welcome.

Tom (he/him)

Europe4Youth’s short-term and team ESC volunteer coordinator and facilitator; in larps, either a villain or an artist spiraling into decadence.
