There are different ways to take part as a volunteer:
Co-organizing the Festival
Want to help shape My Po!nt and be part of the organizing crew?
You can help with things like:
- Help choose parts of the festival program,
- Get involved in one of the areas like promotion, logistics, guest support, or social events,
- Join team meetings and work closely with the main organizers.
We’re looking for people who:
- Share the festival’s values and vision,
- Are open to learning, flexible, and good team players,
- Are interested in topics like larps, civic engagement, and democracy,
- Can communicate in English.
What you’ll get out of it:
- Real experience in organizing an inspiring event – confirmed with a certificate and a reference from the coordinating organization,
- A mentoring program to help you grow and use your potential,
- The chance to work with an international team and build intercultural, social, and organizational skills,
- A Youthpass certificate recognizing your new competences.
We also offer:
- Reimbursement of travel, accommodation, and meal costs during your stay in Kraków for the preparations and the festival, plus insurance,
- Public transport tickets in Kraków,
- A pack of cool festival goodies.

Helping During the Event
Want to help out but don’t have time to commit fully? No problem — your support still makes a big difference!
You can help with things like:

- Running the info and registration desk,
- Setting up spaces and preparing rooms,
- Talking with participants and helping them out,
- Supporting LARP organizers, game hosts, or exhibitors,
- Taking on other small but important festival tasks.
In return, you’ll get:

- Vouchers to use during the event.
